Tender Document Issuance
The tender document will be issued via the tender@stfresources.com after submission of the required documents on 28 April 2025.
Mandatory Requirements
Only companies which fulfill the following requirements will be considered :
1) Malaysian Registered Company / Business (SSM)
2) Company has at least 5 years experience in providing facade & internal high area cleaning services for similar buildings
3) Registered with MOF (Cleaning code : 221001)
4) Positive net worth for 3 years based on the audited financial statements of the latest 3 financial years
